My office provides client-centered counseling, representation, including trial work, on all issues relating to dissolution of marriage, including spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, property division, pensions, and post-divorce needs. We also are experienced in adoption and paternity matters.

Sometimes family law can be complicated, such as in matters of equitable distribution award appeal, the dangers of prenuptial agreement, alcohol abuse, emergency and temporary orders for personal safety and child custody.

If you are a victim of domestic violence, you are not alone. It is estimated that 4 million women in the United States are victims of domestic violence each year. Although women make up the vast majority of the victims in domestic violence, men and children are also its victims.

Divorce is a difficult time that can have far-reaching influence on every aspect of a person’s life. My office is prepared to handle any issue that arises in a divorce, including:
