We regularly advise clients on estate probate and trust administration, charitable giving, marital planning, retirement planning, and guardianships and conservatorships. My goal is to assist clients define and implement their specific personal goals while obtaining the significant tax savings that may be available to them through proper planning.

A WILL, is a formal document with which a person, called a "Testator," directs how his assets will be distributed after his death. The will becomes effective only upon the death of the Testator. At that time, the person named in the will as the "Executor" or "Executrix" submits the will to the Probate Court and begins the process of distributing the Testator’s assets in accordance with the provisions of the will.

A TRUST is a legal relationship among three parties: a Settlor, a Trustee, and a Beneficiary. The Settlor provides property or funds to the trust, and the Trustee oversees the property and administrates the trust for the benefit of the Beneficiary. The Trustee may be an individual, such as a family member, or a corporate fiduciary, such as a bank or trust company.
